Very beautiful poem. So full of soft warm memories. The music was perfect with it. Is it Yanni? I am reminded of his music as I listened, but I am not sure.

A lonely wraith, they're confident 'tis I Among the shadows cast by pale moonlight. They tell of those who hear my mournful cry That sometim...

His Words Are Cheap

His Words are cheap, of tin (not gold) Or plastic, scarred...replete with mold. I hear their sound like buzzing fly. I listen not, because they lie. His Words are cheap. They sound humane, But drip with scorn and leave a stain. They taste of bitter, rancid gall. I'm tempted not by one...at all. I kn...

Summer Clings (Choka)

Trampled beneath feet
Yellow, Brown and bleeding leaves
Occasional green
Summer snared on random boughs
Leaching sunny dreams
Warm smiles on friendly faces
Tenacious season
Clings like gum to my faint soul
It's scent in the autumn air.

Midnight Swim

The liquid sky is deep with night
And dark with silence.
It's silky surface is inviting and serene.

Many points of light sparkle.
Scattered like a multitude of stars-
Silver wishes under a tranquil moon.

They flicker and wink in my wake...
I glide through limpid galaxies
Across a pool of moon-glow.
