In the beauty of a sunrise,
in the magic of a song;
in the lyric of a sigh,
'tis there that I belong.
In the afterglow of sunset,
in the peace that fills the night;
I stir up memories of you yet,
in meditative sight.
In the sound of someone's laughter,
in the smile of my close friend;
I relish in what comes after,
around life's every bend.
In the wonder of your being,
I love what I am seeing.
