Man's glory...

Venus stands with Jupiter,
in the darkness before dawn;
the moon is playing peekaboo,
before the sunrise song.
The wind-swept clouds are fleeting,
I feel its force upon my face;
and marvel at the sky-scape,
and the touch of God's great grace.
Mars is but a reddish dot,
a faint image in the night;
while Mercury is hiding,
on horizon's scanty sight.
All visible planets in the east,
the season brings such pleasure;
the Milky Way- such magic stars,
beyond the human's measure.
I walk with Jax, my canine friend,
he shuns the blissful skies;
it separates us from the beast,
and therein, our glory lies.
in the darkness before dawn;
the moon is playing peekaboo,
before the sunrise song.
The wind-swept clouds are fleeting,
I feel its force upon my face;
and marvel at the sky-scape,
and the touch of God's great grace.
Mars is but a reddish dot,
a faint image in the night;
while Mercury is hiding,
on horizon's scanty sight.
All visible planets in the east,
