Just For You Poetry

Here's the hands of cold November,
fading fast are Autumn's charms;
I'm reaching out for you,
and melting in your arms
You envelop me in the night,
give my passion back to me;
the troubled mind's at rest,
things are as they should be.
The touch of skin is pleasant,
like a balm, it rescues me;
we relish in each other's scent,
and all the problems flee.
We cuddle in the afterglow,
of joy and love and need;
arms still around each other,
our hunger still to feed.
Love is the best of seasons,
no matter what the weather;
the satisfaction of the heart,
that keeps it all together.
