Just For You Poetry

Take your hurt and burdens to your Gracious God
And leave them there with your Merciful Lord

Come back and focus on happy and joyous thoughts
And see what positivity and belief have brought

Look for lighter moments even in your heartache
Do it for your self and for your heart and soul's sake

Do not sink deep into sadness and lingering pain
Get up to smile brightly and enjoy life once again

There is so much to do and say in this little time
Let new feelings of hope build a smooth rhyme

Just nudge aside sadness and emptiness today
Any fear of self doubt and give healing it's way

And continue this journey and enter your blessed life
Remember to look for meaningful ways to here survive

Find emotional and physical strength of love and care
To lessen your pain and hurt of bitterness from the air

For life is like that so for peace and soul's sake
Look for lighter moments even in your heartache.
