Just For You Poetry

I love you, just as you are,
from up close or from afar;
you're the person meant for me,
all the others, I'll let be.

Your eyes and smile are mine,
we're lovers of a special kind;
in your arms and warm embrace,
I find the sunshine of your face.

I love you, just because you're you,
the love I sought, but never knew;
the soul mate I was searching for,
hidden by an unknown door.

You light the room when in you walk,
yet, there's no need to sit and talk;
just your presence is enough,
you smooth the road from being rough.

I love you, just as you are,
you are my perfect shining star;
my heart's at rest when you're around,
I know, at last, my love's been found.
