Do not worry so much for me children
Do not shed tears of sigh and mourn
Do not think I am lost or broken
Or losing my mind in anger or torn
I may not be smiling and giggling like before
Or participating in events of present days
Because my mind is focused inward on my past
And I am living in my world in a satisfying way
I have loved ones who always care and share
Who live all around and talk with me till last
I have their love, their support and company
All those people who are from my distant past
Do not think I have forgotten about you
Do not feel ignored, bored or lost my dear
I am still your loving and affectionate mother
And always praying for all of you with care
My life has changed my mind has changed
For it is now focused inward and deep my love
But each heartbeat of mine still says
God bless my children and send love from above
May all of you flourish and smile with peace
And stay close to our Gracious Lord with prayers
And never shed tears of sigh and mourn
And know I am happy in my own world of care.
