Just For You Poetry

when did blossoms
lose their bloom
maiden's blush
grow grey

summer days stand
fev'rish hot
strangling breath
each day

then there's autumn's
silent stealth
musty mold
buffet

winter's gift of
blessed rest
breaks its vow
to stray

yet there's always
quick'ning times
brought to clear
the way

snippets of some
freshened breeze
beauteous life's
bouquet

Welcome back Robyn and such a lovely poem you have graced us with.. I know you are having a few teething problems with the site at the moment, but i always advise members not to try and do too much all in one go, perhaps learn to center your poem first and the experiment with photographs, it is always the BB code you need to use from Flickr

Thank you so much, Stella! I see either the pic and centering happened from what I did from your instructions - or you corrected it for me? It sure is a nice feel here and I hope we can attract more poets here... Thanks for making such a lovely poet site
