AUTUMN
Soft rustling
of Autumn leaves
Mother nature sighs content
Her season for all to share
Softly whispering she
blows until trees
lay bare
Silent now
unclothed her beauty
Sleeps content until the spring
Adorned once again branches high
Displays her splendour
Proudly reaching to
the sky

Oh! Adette this presentation is such a double treat and I love how the picture is silent and I can imagine Mother Nature's sigh and the soft whispering in the first stanza as the leaves fall down with your lovely poetry. Then to top it off Nat King Cole sings one of my favourite songs. Thank you my dear for bringing such beauty into my home in Australia.

I agree with Karin the picture actually says so much because it is silent and the imagery of your words is very gentle and soothing; also i love to hear Nat King Cole sing so a wonderful treat here too
