The Charmer

Postby Adette » Wed Mar 08, 2017 10:38 pm

Ah top of the morning to you
Katy Brown
Saw that husband of yours
in the Dog and Crown
now if you were
mine

No time for gossip
Tommy King
I've work to do and
idle gossip is not
my thing

Like I was saying if you
were mine
I'd not be there supping
in the
Dog and Crown

I'll have less of your
blarney
if you've no mind and
a little more action
of the serving
kind

You're a cruel woman so
you are
But a bonny one that's
for sure

Are you going to serve
me today?
it's half a pound of your
sausages and a fine
piece of steak

To be sure Katy I'd love
to serve you
but sausages don't come
to mind

In that case a couple more
wouldn't go
go amiss for the blarney
that passes your
lips

Katy to be sure it's not
blarney
what can a fellow do when
his own brother loves
you too

Oh Tommy King
what on earth will I ever
do with you?
