Absence (A Mirror Oddquain)

(Photo Garden Child by cutiepie06 flickr)

your absence

blow-dries Spring's fragrance.

Ice dew from china petals

dew melts, melds warm rose essence

buds burst everywhere

You have conquered a rather difficult form in this beautifully crafted poem Karin.

How wonderfully you have put these lines together Karin, the absent child brings sadness but then the mirror reflects springtime and there she is in the garden...

A difficult form to use but you have turned his poem into a wonderful mirrored imaged....

How delightful this poem it speaks volumes in so few words and the picture image is just so cute
the beauty and tranquility of a child is quite breathtaking - loved it
