Leave It.

Diamond hard
with sharp and bladey edge,
at each lunge
danger-goads thrust
that become inwardly septic.
As passion twists
its fiery words serrated steel
undertakes to
bring by vicious will
each shaking victim to knees.
Anger achieves
but best to leave it well alone.
Fury hurts most
those whom to fury are prone.

Leave it indeed is certainly the way to go with your powerful penning. The strong message in the last two lines is brilliant and "each shaking victim to knees" really stood out for me too Fay

I love your poetic phrases Fay, it is true that when you vent anger at someone you are really hurting yourself, anger like jealousy is a very negative emotion.
I. like Karin thought the last two lines were brilliant...
