A Secret Garden

Postby Stella » Thu Nov 27, 2014 11:49 pm

Image

Starlight glistens over the gentle ripples
of an ebbing tide
quietly inspiring an ocean garden
of twinkling flowers
that sway exquisitely to and fro
into the night.

A pretty profusion of sapphire and
diamante blooms
cluster into beautiful bouquets drifting
into darkness
leaving a trail of resplendent petals
in their path

Only stargazing lovers on the shore
will know the flowers,
appreciate their mystical, moonlit
loveliness
and carry with them into their dreams
the secret garden.

I am mesmerized by this picturesque presentation and love your secret garden ocean. As flowers have their own special meanings , it is the perfect setting for stargazing lovers Stella.
