Memories

They linger in my head,
These memories,
So precious..
Like gossamer woven
Around my heart.
Happy ones, sad ones,
All pieces of my life
Good days, bad days
Utter strife,
Seeking, finding,
Being in love
Babies to hold
Nurture and grow,
A family to love
A wonderful fold
And as I look back
At my memories I find
I wouldn't change a day,
As my life is what makes me
The person I am today..

Hold onto your memories for dear life because they are an intrinsic part of what you are today. Nice write.
