I Think I'll Write A Happy Poem

Postby apoetwholovestosing » Tue Dec 30, 2014 12:07 am

I think I'll write a happy poem!

A WHAT?

A happy poem!

YOU MEAN ABOUT LOVE AND
LAUGHTER?

Yes!

I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW YOU COULD
SPELL THOSE WORDS...AND NOW
YOU ARE GOING TO WRITE ABOUT THEM?

Yes!...Listen to this:

I looked at the moon last night and
Thought of your smile...
Oh, I wished I had asked you to
Stay for a while.
Clouds dimed the sky...
a hoot owl sang
A lullaby.
All through the night I longed for
Your touch...
Do you think this is too much?

NO, GO ON MY ROMATIC FRIEND
I CAN BARELY WAIT UNTIL THE END.

OKay I'll continue
Violets are blue
Roses are red
Please return to our bed...

WHAT?
THAT DOESN'T SOUND LIKE A LOVE
POEM! SOUNDS LIKE A PLEA...

Well it is a love poem...listen to the rest...

WELL, ALL RIGHT!

I love you with all my heart...

YE GADS!

Okay, let me start again...

I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS FOOLISHNESS~

Can I tell you
What's in my heart?
Can I tell you
I've loved you from the start?
Can I tell you the emptiness
You fill?
Can I tell you
My longing for you is real?

HEY, NOW THAT'S A LOVE POEM, GO ON!

Well now...told you!
Now may I finish?
