Dawn-Wonders.

Postby Fay Slimm » Wed Jan 07, 2015 6:22 pm

Image

Spangled with countless stars
the tree of night's wisdom
leaves inner spaces, embarks
on exposing its vista
to efforts of parting
black from pale, birthing bits
of blood-pink rays to start
day's fresh growth from distant
forests of form embalmed
in its own disappearance
then it begins to decrease.

Working together this army
of nature's deep mystery
calls to all open hearts
with daily insistence
by displaying great marvels
of retraction's differing
glories as time forward-marches
before night breaks and is gone.

Dawn-wonders outweigh by far
our account of why their existence
so may we listen the harder
for nature's soundless miracles
found in its obeisance to infinity.

Oh, how gloriously you detail this utter wonder and beauty when Dawn comes to the fore of the horizon, Fay. Such colors and hues you provide while dressing out the landscape that ever-so slowly takes on the tints of life, my friend. A stunning display of adroit skill in penning this most magical and magnificent write, Ma'am.

Fay, how splendid is your renderings in this verse. Dawn has never been more beautifully described. You are a treasure in this world of poetry. It is always my pleasure to read your works. "Nightmute", said it best!

Fay, the dawning of each day is always a miracle; after the darkness comes the light and the spectacle is always in wonderful hues as you have described in your beautiful imagery..
