The picture is called "Writer's Block"
and inspired the following few lines.
From the first finger of misty light
fresh rays from
day's entrance shatter black chains
imperceptibly.
Breeze stirs dark's dregs to a finish
as streaks of
morning beget break of new dawn
impressively.
Unsullied azure displays it's own
mystic zeal
by brushing up bits of night-gray
imposingly.
Sleep flits away to give day chance
and furthers
my plan for some poetic challenge
impartially.
Caught in night's shawl is no place
to be when
sun's call entices my quill outdoors
immediately.
