As you sleep, I watch over you,
I see you quietly smile,
In bliss in a world of your own,
Cushioned from life's trials.
Wrapped in warm dreams content
I can only pray,
May the sun shine on you,
Brightening, lighting the way.

Forever in my heart I know, 
I'll hold you close to me, 
Bubble wrap you fine and tight,
For most special, precious you be.
The joys of life be always yours,
Smile night and day,
But should you ever need me my love,
I'm just a heartbeat away.
