Silver Night

When all the night is silver
with diamonds in the air,
when spider webs glisten bright
as dewdrops settle there.
When moonlight creeps through windows
on silken sheets to spread
where lovers lay in afterglow
naked on their bed.
When watery moon sheds her tears
in floods of milky white
when stars shine out from indigo
a curtain of delight.
When the night sky spreads her sheen
over everything below
you will feel the enchantment
that only dreamers know

This is breathlessly beautiful as is the gorgeous photograph. It is such a pleasure to read poetry that is so well crafted and your imagery as always is sublime Stella.
