I went on a cardio - vascular trot
To give all the veins a good pump
And take real action instead of just not
And who knows..., lose weight off me rump

Yet after four minutes and two hundred feet
My tracksuit became rather wet
I turned in an effort to look quite discrete
And headed for home with regret

I'm just a fat person when all's said and done
This fitness lark's just a big lie
I'll just shuffle home and abandon the run
And sit down to a bloody big pie
