It´s not just his humour
well actually, yeah it is,
but it´s also his intelligent
and astute way of looking
at the world and it´s problems,
he never fails to hit the target
with wit and wonderful wordsmithary,

I have always admired his work,
but not for one minute do I believe
that he is one of sixteen vestal virgins
who is leaving for the coast...
keep writing Steven and thank you
for brightening our days.

Thank you so much Tom for this wonderful piece. It is a real treasure
to have such a tribute from a like minded and well respected poet as
yourself, and great to log on and see and read it. You made my day
pal. Me and the other vestals are just on our way down to the stream
to wash our undies. Then it's a spot of spring cleaning. I was going to
leave it for another month, but the room is 'humming' harder. We
don't have to bother with the ceiling, as it's flown away.

A great tribute for Steven as he does brighten my days too! It is a treat to read his humor and his other well crafted work and thanks Tom for bringing this to the fore.
