Reflections ~ tri-fall poem (Repost)

A reflection of you
each season
beautifully paints in my heart,
a springtime sky of blue
my reason
for fresh and kind thoughts to impart.

Summer and autumn days
embrace me
like long lazy hours in the sun,
laughing in all the ways
we could see
at the magical life we spun.

The cold of winter stings
I don’t mind,
I see your footsteps in new snow
following angel wings
and I find
reflections of you grow and grow.

A beautiful seasonal tri-fall reflecting magical spring, summer and autumn joy. I love your creative use of the form and how winter, even though it is bitterly cold, brings in reverence and an even deeper reflection of footprints in new snow where memories grow. I am so proud of you having this published on my new page as host editor of 'form' in the poetry journal FreeXpression Stella.

First off, Stella, congratulations for the publication of this beautiful write. I see, through your marvelous verse, not only the seasons, but how we, too, mimic the turning of the seasons as we wend our way through life. The complex rhyming scheme found in this form allows for an amazing flow and rhythm, which you present to us with awesome skill.
