Allow Sorrow to End

Postby Nightmute » Wed May 27, 2015 11:44 pm

Away with your sorrow, my friend,
dear friend.
Throw open the curtains,
and allow sorrow to end.

Step out on the lawn,
feel the glistening dew
with glee-leaping bare feet,
and with laughter, renew
your spirit of joy
filled with wonderment's light;
come out of your sorrow,
and leave behind your dark plight.

Away with your sorrow, and sing,
my dear friend.
Breathe deep, then, the charm
of the flavorful wind!
Put away your umbrella,
and let's dance in the rain.
Puddles and sunshine
will wash away the drear stain.

Step out, explore nature,
and return with a smile
that beams through your eyes,
and shines without guile.
Away with your sorrow,
come away from woe's snare,
and know I stand with you;
my friend, hear my prayer.

Away with your sorrow, my friend,
dear friend.
Throw open the curtains,
and allow sorrow to end.

A wonderful inspiration to your friend Richard, it sings along so beautifully with such rhythmic flair, and i really enjoyed the repeat of the opening theme to conclude this lovely write.
