Poetic form
Teasing my brain
I won't ever be the same
Acrostic Dectina is taxing
At best..
I must forge on...
So I can get some rest...
Count the syllables and
Not the letters..
Do it again, its bound
To get better...
One word, with ten letters in it
The same letter at beginning
And end... no other way to spin it.
Heartbreak...NO!
It ends with a "K"
HeartAche...NO!
You are going the wrong way.
This next word is perfect...I've counted
The letters...counted all ten...
NO! No! start over again.
Wrote to a friend...pleading for advice,
He said "take a cold drink" fill it up twice...
Let the children help you with the game
Said another friend, I won't mention his name.
My next word is GLORIFYING...
Too, Too easy...I'm not denying.
So I am starting all over again...
With you as my "Cheerleaders"
I won't stop until I win
Only ten letters in a word of my choice,
But there is no melody...without one I'm lost!
